Beste Bäckerei mit den besten Croissants die ich je gegessen hab. Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage in Apulien, kein Croissant kam mehr an diese ran. Die Mitarbeiter sind toll und man merkt das die Stimmung dort richtig gut ist

While celebrating my 60th birthday in beautiful Otranto, Italy, we stopped at this wonderful bakery to pick up my birthday cake, and what a memorable experience it turned out to be!
The cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious, but what truly made this experience special was the kindness and warmth of the staff. When we arrived to pick it up, they surprised me by singing Happy Birthday! 🎶🎉
It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that made my milestone birthday even more meaningful. These are the little moments that make traveling so special and create memories that last a lifetime.
A heartfelt grazie mille to the wonderful staff for making my 60th birthday a little sweeter and so unforgettable!

ho mangiato lì al posto,personale gentile però piatti di discreta qualità,prezzi troppo alti per ciò che abbiamo mangiato,non ci ritornerei,inoltre è self service e non la trovo una cosa giusta visti i prezzi generali,probabilmente dati dalla posizione ottima in centro a Otranto,ma qualità decisamente da migliorare

I ate there instead, the staff were friendly but the dishes were of a decent quality, the prices were too high for what we ate, I wouldn't go back, furthermore it's self-service and I don't think that's fair given the general prices, probably due to the excellent location in the centre of Otranto, but the quality definitely needs to be improved.

Gentile signora Giorgia, siamo dispiaciuti della sua percezione sui prezzi che onestamente sono nella media e per alcuni prodotti anche più bassi della media a fronte di materie prime di alta qualità come le nostre verdure biologiche, olio extravergine di oliva o la mozzarella fresca fiordilatte. Abbiamo cercato di contenere i prezzi ed onestamente un primo a 5,50 euro, piuttosto che un rustico a 3,00 non riteniamo sia alto, ma abbiamo le nostre esigenze aziendali. Infine la mancanza di servizio al tavolo non ha mai inficiato, nella percezione della maggioranza dei nostri clienti, sull'efficienza e la piacevolezza del tempo trascorso da noi. Rispettando ovviamente la sua opinione ci auguriamo possa tornare a trovarci e magari avrà modo di ricredersi. Un saluto lo staff di casAmelia ❤️

Wish we'd discovered this place earlier during our stay in Otranto. It's buzzing. You may need to queue, but the service is as quick and efficient as it could be, and the super rapport between the staff is fun to watch. There's a steady stream of freshly onsite made items coming through from the kitchen. Well worth a visit
